20YO dies after consuming ice cream at Nacharam

Hyderabad: A 20-year-old youth died after eating an ice-cream at Nacharam in the early hours of Friday. The family filed a complaint based on which the Nacharam police booked a case under 174 (involves death of a person) of CrPc.
Identified as Gudheti Sai Sampath, he was working for Zomato as a delivery boy. It is suspected that he died due to overeating. It is unclear if the boy suffered from health issues.
In his complaint filed by his father Gudheti Mallesham, his son ordered a strawberry Ice cream from Swiggy. After four hours, he started feeling breathless.
Mallesham dialed 108 ambulances and before they reached their residence, the deceased had suffered from vomiting and diarrhea. He also started frothing. Later, the ambulance staff checked and declared him dead. Nacharam police registered a suspicious death case and started an investigation.
