6 No. Junction to Amberpet T Junction to be closed for 7 days; note the alternate routes to take

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Traffic Police on Wednesday informed that the road from 6 No. Junction to Amberpet T Junction will be closed at night from 15 December to 21 December in connection with the building of the superstructure work of Amberpet Flyover at 6 No junction on NH-163, previously NH 202.

In this regard, all vehicular traffic will be routed to the following alternate routes. The Hyderabad Traffic Police urged commuters to cooperate and take the other routes listed below to prevent inconvenience.

The alternative routes are as follows:-

I) Traffic coming from Uppal towards Chaderghat Junction

All vehicular traffic coming from Uppal towards 6 No. The junction will be diverted at Amberpet T-Junction towards Ali Cafe X road – Zinda Tilismath road – Golnaka New Bridge Right turn – Golnaka Junction – Nimboliadda – Chaderghat.

II) Traffic coming from Chaderghat junction towards Uppal

All vehicular traffic coming from Chaderghat towards 6 No. The junction will be diverted at Golnaka Junction – Golnaka New Bridge left turn – Zinda Tilismath road – Ali Café X road – Amberpet T Junction right turn – Royal juice – Uppal.

III) Traffic coming from Tilaknagar junction towards Uppal

All vehicular traffic coming from Tilaknagar towards 6 No. The junction will be diverted at Tilakngar Junction – Shivam road – Sai Baba Temple Road – Red Building – Royal Juice Left turn - Ramanthapur– Uppal.

IV) Traffic coming from Dilsukhnagar towards 6 number junction

All vehicular traffic coming from Dilsukhnagar towards 6 No. The junction will be diverted at Amberpet T Junction Right turn – Royal Juice – Red Building – Sai Baba Temple – Shivam road left turn – Tilaknagar.

RTC buses and heavy vehicles:

RTC buses and heavy vehicles coming from Chaderghat towards Uppal will be diverted via Chaderghat, Nimboliadda, Tourist Junction, Barkatkpura, Fever Hospital, Vidyanagar, Adikmet FlyOver, Tarnaka, Habsiguda and Uppal.
