Actor Ali served notice to stop unauthorised construction of farmhouse in Vikarabad

Hyderabad: Ekmamidi Gram Panchayat officials in Nawabpet mandal, Vikarabad district have served notices to Tollywood actor Ali for allegedly constructing a farmhouse without valid permission.

The notice was served by gram panchayat secretary Sobha Rani and she asked the actor to immediately stop the farmhouse’s construction.

Notices were previously served to Ali on November 5, asking him to submit relevant documents to obtain permission to construct a farmhouse in survey number 345 of Ekmamidi revenue limit.

The panchayat secretary has handed over the notice to the farm house staff when he did not respond to the earlier served notices to him.

In the latest notice, Sobha Rani asked the actor to submit the relevant documents and acquire the required permissions for the farmhouse’s construction.

In case he fails to comply, actions will be taken in accordance with the Panchayati Raj Act, the panchayat secretary said.
