AIMIM Bholakpur corporator booked for abusing police
Police have registered the case under section 353(assaults or uses criminal force to any person being a public servant in the execution of his duty ), 506(criminal intimidation) of IPC.

Hyderabad Police have started an inquiry after a video clip of Bholakpur corporator abusing police personnel went viral. He abused the cops on Tuesday when they asked to close shops running past midnight.
At around 2:15 am on Tuesday, night patrolling teams of Musheerabad police station noticed a few eateries in the Bholakpur area open. They asked the shops owners to down the shutters.
Ghousuddin rushed to the spot and picked up an argument with the cops. The corporator can be seen confronting cops who visited the spot.
He can be seen arguing with two constables of Musheerabad police station. He can be heard saying "Ye sab mere area mai nahi chaltaā¦ sau rupaye kaa aadmi" to the constables.

Sir, a case has been registered with Cr. No 141/2022 u/s 353, 506 IPC in Musheerabad PS regarding the incident.

Meanwhile, the corporator said that he has visited the police station and apologized to the staff. He alleged that he had lost his cool after the constables used improper words.
On Wednesday, Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development of Telangana K. T. Rama Rao requested Telangana DGP to take stern action against individuals who obstructed police officers on duty.
