Amberpet flyover construction: Check traffic diversions in Kachigunda before commuting

Hyderabad: Police have announced traffic diversions within the limits of Kachiguda given the superstructure (P1 to P6) construction of Amberpet flyover on NH-163 (Old 202).

It is proposed to close the route between Golnaka Junction to 6 No Junction, Amberpet from 20-05-2022 to till the completion of the work.

In this regard, all vehicular traffic will be diverted, on a need basis, on the following alternate routes. The commuters are advised to use the below-mentioned alternate routes to avoid inconvenience. The alternative routes are as follows:-

I) TRAFFIC COMING FROM UPPAL TOWARDS CHADERGHAT JUNCTION.:

1. All District RTC buses and other heavy vehicles coming from Warangal towards 6 No. Junction will be diverted at Uppal Junction towards Nagole Junction – L.B. Nagar Junction – Dilsuknagar – Moosarambagh – Chaderghat Junction.

2. All-City RTC buses coming from Uppal towards 6 No. Junction, Amberpet will be diverted at Amberpet 'T' Junction towards Alicafe X Roads – Zinda Thilismath – Golnaka New Bridge- - Right turn – Golnaka Jn Left – Nimboli Adda – Chaderghat - Rangamahal Right - Chadherghat and should take a left turn.

3. All Light Motor Vehicles, 3-wheelers, and 2-wheelers coming from Uppal towards 6 No. Junction will be diverted at Ambertpet 'T' Junction towards Alicafe X Roads – Zindatilasmath Road – Golnaka Junction – Nimboliadda Junction.

II) TRAFFIC COMING FROM CHADERGHAT JUNCTION TOWARDS UPPAL.:

1 a) All-District RTC Buses and other Heavy vehicles coming from Chaderghat towards 6 No. Junction will be diverted at Chaderghat Junction towards Chaderghat Causeway- RUB Malakpet – Nalgonda X Roads – Dilsuknagar – L.B.Nagar – Uppal.

b) All Heavy vehicles coming from Chaderghat towards 6 No. Junction intend to go towards Uppal will be diverted at Nimboliadda Junction towards Tourist Hotel Junction – T.Y.Mandali Junction – Fever Hospital – Vidyanagar Junction – Adikmet Flyover – Tarnaka – Uppal.

2. a) All-City RTC Buses coming from Koti and intending to proceed to Uppal should take Rangamahal – Chadherghat Jn – left Turn – DMHS Jn. – Bata – Ramkoti X Road – Right Turn – Kachiguda X Road. – Left Turn – YMCA Jn. – Right Turn – Reddy College – Barkathpura Chaman –Left Turn – TY Mandali – Right Turn – Fever Hospital – Right Turn – Thilak Nagar – Right Turn – 6 No. Jn. – Left turn - Amberpet 'T' Junction.

b) All Light Motor Vehicles, Autos, and 2-Wheelers coming from Golnaka Junction – should take either New Bridge Golnaka or towards Ali Cafe

3. All-City RTC buses coming from Tilaknagar Junction towards Dilsukangar will be diverted at 6 No. Junction towards Amberpet 'T'Junction Road – Alicafe X Road – Moosarambagh Bridge.

All the citizens are requested to take note of the above diversions and take alternate routes to reach their destinations and co-operate with Hyderabad traffic police.
