Bahadurpura SI caught red-handed taking bribe
It was found that the officer performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage

Hyderabad: A sub-inspector of the Bahdurpura police station, Hyderabad was caught red-handed demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs. 8,000 on Friday.
R. Savan Kumar demanded a bribe from Md. Mujeeb to spare his son in an alleged cheating case and return his cell phone. The tainted bribe amount was recovered from the SI’s possession. The fingers of his right hand yielded a positive result.

Savan Kumar was arrested and produced before the Special Judge for SP and ACH cases court at Nampally, Hyderabad. The case is under investigation
