'Be a good citizen; exercise right to franchise': GHMC urges Telangana voters

Rose reviewed the poll preparations with the United Federation of RWAs (UFERWAS) and other Civil Society Groups.
UFERWAS has been consistently working with various colony and apartment RWAs to ensure better civic amenities for the citizens.
UFERWAS maintains a continuous dialogue with GHMC, Metro Water Board, Police, and related departments.
GHMC commissioner appealed to the RWAs to motivate all members and citizens to exercise their franchise.
GHMC has come up with an assistance manual to help the voters:
Voter Assistance Booths will be established at all Polling Stations with BLO presence.
Use the GHMC Voter app as well as the website to check your vote as well as the Polling station.
Possible to check the vote by EPIC number, name, and other details as well as mobile number
A detailed demo of the 1950 call center was given.
New features of the app include a number of people waiting in queue to plan the voting schedule.
Voters can carry any of the 13 approved identity cards for proof of identity.
Know your BLO / Polling station details on the GHMC website.
Use the 1950 and C Vigil App to report MCC issues.
Get the voters to the booth to vote.
UFERWAS has launched a campaign `Proud of my Voteā and `Family Voted Selfieā to increase the voting percentage.
