Class X Results: Telangana achieved 86.60% pass percentage, Nirmal stands on top

Hyderabad: Girls outshine boys in the class x results announced in Telangana with 88.53 pass percentage. On Wednesday, Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy released the class X results. This year, the state has achieved 86.60% pass percentage.

Girls had a higher pass percentage of 88.53% compared to boys at 84.68%. As many as 2793 schools had a 100% pass percentage, while 25 schools recorded a zero percentage result.

Nirmal district stood on top with an impressive 99%, while Vikarabad had the lowest pass percentage of 59.46%.

Gurukuls, on the other hand, had a pass percentage of 98.25%. The pass percentage in government schools was 72.39%.

Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy expressed grief at the news of 8 Intermediate students who died by suicide following their results on Tuesday. "I urge all the students not to make hasty decisions that can destroy their bright future. Remember the efforts of your parents and think about the consequences before making any wrong decisions," stated the Minister.
