Congress Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender booked for aiding illegal wall demolition

On August 10, Khairatabad police received a complaint from V Papaiah, enforcement in-charge, stating that unidentified persons illegally trespassed and razed a compound wall in the presence of MLA Danam Nagender in Nandagiri Nagar, Jubilee Hills.
The complaint said that the MLA witnessed and provoked the perpetrators into action. The police registered a criminal case against MLA Danam and his aide Gopal Naik and registered a financial damage of Rs 10 lakhs.
According to the Khairatabad police, the compound wall is part of an open layout space (7246/PFO/4193) which is government land (GHMC).
The details of the FIR stated that some unidentified persons in Guru Brahma Nagar illegally trespassed and demolished a compound wall in the presence of MLA Danam Nagender.
āIt is kindly requested to initiate immediate action and appropriate charges on the alleged persons. These activities have caused financial damage costing around Rs 10 lakhs,ā the complaint stated.
A case has been registered against the persons involved and the incident at the Jubilee Hills police station under sections 189 (3), 329 (3), 324 (4), r/w 190BNS, 3PDPPA.
