EAGLE busts twin drug rackets in Hyderabad; five held with MDMA, cocaine, LSD
Officials seized MDMA, cocaine, LSD blots, ganja, cash and a car, as part of intensified action against drug networks in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: The Telangana EAGLE Force along with city police teams busted two separate drug networks in Hyderabad, apprehending five persons, two alleged peddlers and three consumers, and seizing multiple narcotic substances including MDMA, cocaine, LSD blots and ganja.
Two peddlers nabbed at Bollaram check post
On October 30, acting on credible information, the Eagle Force and Bollaram police intercepted two suspects at the Bollaram check post while they were allegedly preparing to distribute drugs to local customers linked to a supplier known as Nandu, a native of Kerala residing in Bengaluru.
The accused were identified as Shubham Kumar Singh (27) of Lothukunta and Rithik Shiva Nandam Kurup (24) of Bowenpally, both described by police as consumers-turned-peddlers.
A detailed search led to the seizure of: 20 grams of MDMA, 2 grams of cocaine, 12 LSD blots,100 grams of OG (ganja), Rs 48,000 in cash, two mobile phones and a car.
Police said the duo had procured the contraband from Nandu and were distributing it among partygoers and students in Hyderabad.
Three drug consumers caught in Jubilee Hills Pub
In another operation the following night, on October 31, the Eagle Force and Film Nagar police conducted surprise checks at The Moonshine Project/EXT Pub in Jubilee Hills.
The raid, based on prior intelligence, resulted in the detention of three individuals who later tested positive for narcotic substances including opioids, methamphetamine, and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Those detained were identified as: Ch. Dinesh Kumar (46) – tested positive for opioids and methamphetamine, Bahadur Rohith Singh (31) – tested positive for THC, Banda Revanth Reddy (25) – tested positive for THC. All three were handed over to Film Nagar police for further legal action.
