ECI’s Cycling to Vote: Cable bridge to remain closed for traffic on Oct 4; check advisory
The cable bridge will be closed to regular traffic from 5.30 am to 8.30 am

Hyderabad: Election Commission of India is organizing a Cycling to Vote and Walkathon awareness programme on October 4 from 5.30 am to 8.30 am at Cable Bridge and surroundings.
In this regard, the cable bridge will be closed to regular traffic during the event. To ensure smooth flow of traffic, Cyberabad Traffic Police have made extensive arrangements to ensure smooth traffic.
Cycling and Walkathon route: From Middle of the Cable Bridge – Inorbit mall – My Home Abbra U-turn - ITC Kohinoor – Ends at Middle of the Cable Bridge.
Restriction for heavy vehicles:
Trucks, lorries, DCMs, RMC, and Water Tankers will not be allowed on the above routes given the “Cycling to Vote and Walkathon awareness programme” on the following roads.
From COD to Durgam cheruvu.
From ITC Kohinur to IKEA Rotary.
From IKEA Rotary to ITC Kohinur.
The movement of heavy vehicles is restricted on the above-mentioned roads. The concerned stakeholders and commuters are requested to consider the above advisory to ensure a smooth flow of Traffic.
