Exchange Rs 2 note for Rs 2 biryani at Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Now, residents of Hyderabad have a unique opportunity to savour delicious biryani for just Rs 2 at Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani, a multi-cuisine restaurant with branches in KPHB, Gachibowli, and Dilsukhnagar.

However, thereā€™s a catch ā€“ the payment must be made using an actual Rs 2 note, and the offer is limited to one biryani per person.

This extraordinary offer allows customers to enjoy a serving of vegetable or non-vegetarian biryani for the nominal sum of Rs 2.

Introduced a month ago, this distinctive deal has garnered attention and intrigue from patrons. J Manohar, the owner of the restaurant, sharing insights into the offerā€™s rationale, said, ā€œWe launched this deal to ascertain whether people still have Rs 2 notes. So far, the response has been good,ā€ revealing that the restaurant has received 120 Rs 2 notes to date.

Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani boasts an extensive menu of biryanis, including vegetable, chicken, and mutton dum biryanis, along with variations like Mughlai chicken biryani, dilkush chicken biryani, Japanese Kamju Pitta biryani, and fish and prawn biryanis. These biryanis are available in single, couple, and family portions catering to one, two, and four persons respectively.

Complete Baahubali thali to win Rs 1 lakh

Notably, this isnā€™t the first time the restaurant has caught the attention of food enthusiasts. Previously, they issued an open challenge to patrons willing to attempt the Baahubali Thali, an expansive spread featuring over 30 food varieties.

Successfully completing the thali within 30 minutes entitles the diner to a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh. Priced at Rs 1,999, the thali includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as chicken biryani, prawns curry, and schezwan noodles, accompanied by salad, raita, and drinks.

While the Baahubali thali challenge has seen success from only seven individuals so far, the opportunity remains open for those willing to take on the gastronomic feat. The restaurantā€™s innovative offers and challenges add a unique flavour to Hyderabadā€™s culinary scene, giving food enthusiasts exciting reasons to indulge in the cityā€™s diverse and delicious offerings.
