Fire breaks out at Ankura Hospital in Attapur, no casualties

Hyderabad: A major fire broke out at the Attapur branch of Ankura Hospital near Pillar No 68 on PVNR Expressway in Hyderabad on Saturday.

Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far.

According to the hospital authorities, the outdoor lights on the terrace burst into flames due to a short circuit.

The fire department was immediately called and the fire was brought under control immediately upon their arrival.

“We are taking all precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and patients,” said Ankura Hospital management in a release.
