Hyderabad: A fire broke out on the first floor of the Prism Club and Kitchen in Gachibowli late on Saturday night. The incident led to swift action by local police and fire services, who worked to bring the situation under control.

No casualties reported

The fire, reported in the early hours of the night, caused damage to the first floor of the building. Fortunately, no casualties or injuries were reported. Police officials confirmed that staff and visitors were evacuated safely.

Mohd. Habubullah Khan, inspector of police, Gachibowli speaking to NewsMeter, said, ā€œOur team ensured that the area was secured and all necessary precautions were taken to prevent harm to individuals in and around the building.ā€

Firefighters responded promptly and worked for several hours to extinguish the fire. Their efforts prevented the flames from spreading further within the structure.

A similar incident was reported earlier

ā€œThe cause of the fire has yet to be determined. Investigation is underway to determine whether the fire was caused by an electrical malfunction, kitchen-related issues or other factors,ā€ said officer Habubullah Khan.

This incident comes two weeks after a fire at Telangana Spice Kitchen on Jubilee Hills Road Number 1. Preliminary investigations into that case pointed to an electrical issue as the likely cause.

Officials have urged commercial establishments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and conduct regular maintenance checks.
