Nagar and five other Assembly Constituencies, the government has issued GO No. 118 for the regularisation of lands up to 1000 square yards, according to Telangana's Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister KT Rama Rao.
Thousands of families who have endured hardship for nearly 15 years will receive relief as a result of this judgement.
LB Nagar's Saroornagar Stadium hosted the "Mana Nagaram" meeting on Wednesday. Speaking there, KTR said that the names of the colonies that are missing from the list will be included in the G.O.
Residents and representatives of the 44 colonies in the six Assembly Constituencies shouted when KTR read out the order's finer details. He stated that the modest fee for regularisation will be Rs 250 per square yard.
Since 2007, people have been raising concerns about the regularisation of their land. According to KTR, the problem made it difficult to conduct business there, send kids overseas for school, and reach other significant life milestones. They brought it to the attention of several Chief Ministers. The Minister noted that a meeting regarding this took place in 2018 at the LB Nagar Zonal Office.
D Sudheer Reddy, L.B. Nagar MLA, and other members of the public praised Minister KTR and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for having numerous meetings to discuss the problem and finding a solution.
KTR listed the projects completed in the LB Nagar district during the last few years, including the Rs 1200 crores spent on flyovers and underpasses and the Rs 113 crores earmarked for the Strategic Nala Development Program (SNDP). He has promised to address further problems that constituents in the area experience.
