Heera Group head accuses film producer Bandla Ganesh of unlawful property takeover
Ganesh allegedly failed to vacate the premises even after the rental agreement expired

At a press conference held at the Heera Groupās headquarters in Banjara Hills Road No 10, she claimed that the first floor of a house valued at Rs 75 crores in Filmnagar Site-2 was rented to Ganesh on June 5, 2021, with an 11-month rental agreement.
However, Ganesh allegedly failed to vacate the premises even after the rental agreement expired. She further alleged that Ganesh, upon learning that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had attached the property, accused him of trying to take over the entire house and harassed her.
She stated that Ganesh had forged the 11-month rental agreement and produced fake documents claiming he had rented the property for nine years. She claimed that Ganesh, with the backing of rowdies, threatened her when she visited the property after learning of unsocial activities taking place there on Thursday afternoon.
Expressing her disappointment with the Filmnagar policeās response, Sheikh said that she had lodged a complaint with the Director-General of Police (DGP) and intended to meet with the cityās police commissioner on Monday to address the situation.
Criminal complaint against Nowhera Shaikh for property encroachment
The Filmnagar police have registered a criminal case against Nowhera Shaikh for attempting to encroach on properties seized by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). According to a police report, in 2020, ED officials seized several places and buildings in the Tolichowki area, including survey numbers 41, 174, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, and 2115 under Shaikpet mandal, and placed boards there. Since then, all the places have been in the possession of the ED.
On January 30, unidentified persons erected boards in the name of Heera Developers at those locations. Upon learning of this, ED officials wrote a letter to the deputy commissioner of police (DCP) of the West Zone, stating that efforts were being made to occupy the respective places.
Subsequently, on Friday, during an ED inspection, the boards were found there again. As a result, ED assistant director Gajraj Singh Thakur lodged a complaint with the Filmnagar police on Saturday. The case against Nowhera Shaikh has been registered, and the police have initiated an investigation.
