Here are traffic diversions for closure of Khajaguda Junction

Hyderabad: In a bid to streamline traffic flow, the Khajaguda Junction is set to close its routes starting December 16. To avoid potential congestion, the Traffic Wing of Cyberabad has devised alternative routes, and commuters are urged to familiarise themselves with the diversions outlined below.

1. Traffic from Nanakramguda Rotary to Wishpervalley Junction

Affected Route: Commuters coming from Nanakramguda Rotary.

Alternative Route: Take a free left towards Bio-Diversity Junction, execute a U-turn at Pakwaan U-Turn, and proceed towards Wishpervalley Junction.

2. Traffic from Shaikpet Flyover to Filmnagar

Affected Route: Traffic heading from Shaikpet Flyover towards Filmnagar.

Alternative Route: Continue straight up to Pakwaan U-Turn and proceed towards Wishpervalley Junction.

3. Traffic from Biodiversity Junction to Manikonda

Affected Route: Commuters from Biodiversity Junction en route to Manikonda.

Alternative Route: Continue straight to Pochamma Temple U-Turn under the Shaikpet Flyover, take a U-turn, and proceed towards Manikonda.

The Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic Wing, Cyberabad, emphasised the necessity for commuters to adapt to the proposed alternative routes, stating, “These diversions have been strategically planned to alleviate potential traffic congestion during the Khajaguda Junction closure. We urge commuters to plan their journeys accordingly and adhere to the outlined diversions.”

These adjustments aim to ensure a seamless traffic experience for residents and commuters alike. The Traffic Wing encourages cooperation from the public during this period and advises utilising the suggested alternative routes to circumvent any potential inconveniences.
