Here are traffic diversions at Parade Grounds, Secunderabad for ABVP meet on August 1

Hyderabad: In connection with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) meeting at Parade Grounds in Secunderabad on August 1, from 2 pm to 7 pm, commuters can expect traffic congestion.

The general public is requested to avoid roads towards Parade Grounds and the surrounding roads. The road between Tivoli Crossroads to Plaza Crossroads will be closed.

Commuters, intending to travel by evening trains to and fro Secunderabad Railway Station and JBS are requested to start early at the station in time.

Traffic congestion is expected at Chilakalguda Crossroads, Alugaddabai crossroads, Sangeeth crossroads, YMCA Crossroads, Patny crossroads, SBH Crossroads, Plaza, CTO Junction, Brookbond Junction, Tivoli Junction, Sweekar Upakar junction, Secunderabad Club, Trimulgherry crossroads, Tadbund crossroads, Centre Point, Diamond Point, Bowenpally crossroads and Rasoolpura, Begumpet.

The diversion points

- Traffic coming from Bowenpally, Tadbund, towards Tivoli will be diverted at Balamrai towards CTO.

- Traffic coming from Karkhana, JBS towards SBH-Patny will be diverted at Sweekar Upakar towards Tivoli-Brook bond- Balamrai-CTO, depending on the situation.

- Traffic coming from Karkhana, JBS towards SBH-Patny will be diverted at Sweekar Upakar towards YMCA-Clock Tower-Patny, depending on the situation.

- Traffic coming from SBH will not be allowed towards Sweekar Upakar, The same will be diverted towards YMCA or CTO.

- Traffic coming from RTA Trimulgherry, Karkhana, Malkajgiri, Safilguda towards Plaza will be diverted at Tivoli towards Sweekar Upakar, YMCA or Brook bond, Balamrai, CTO.

- The road between Tivoli Crossroads and Plaza Crossroads will be closed.
