HMDA pre-bid meet for Kokapet, Moosapet plot e-auction on Nov 17

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has announced a pre-bid meeting for the upcoming e-auction of premium open plots located in the city’s fast-growing areas, Kokapet and Moosapet.
The meeting is aimed at briefing prospective bidders on the auction process, plot details and participation guidelines.
Prime plots on offer
According to the HMDA, the e-auction will cover nine prime plots spread across three high-demand layouts: Six plots in Neopolis Layout, Kokapet (Survey Nos. 239 & 240).
One plot in Golden Mile Layout, Kokapet (Village), Gandipet (Mandal), Ranga Reddy District. Two plots in Moosapet Village, Kukatpally (Mandal), Medchal–Malkajgiri District, near Moosapet Y-Junction.
These plots are strategically located within Hyderabad’s western and northwestern growth corridors, known for strong real estate demand and connectivity to the IT and business hubs.
Pre-bid meeting schedule
The pre-bid meeting will be held on November 17 (Monday) at 11 am at T-Hub, Hyderabad Knowledge City, Raidurg. The session will cover detailed presentations on plot specifications, auction timelines, and terms and conditions to help participants make informed bids.
Call for participation
HMDA has invited developers, builders, investors, and interested buyers to attend the meeting and take advantage of the opportunity to acquire land parcels in prime urban locations. The authority has consistently drawn record bids in previous auctions, reflecting strong investor confidence in Hyderabad’s real estate market.
