Syed found the handbag near Pillar No. 55 in Rethibowli, opened the bag, and found gold ornaments along with a receipt. Immediately he called the phone number found on the receipt which pertained to Sultan Baig and handed over the bag along with gold ornaments to its owners.

Hyderabad: An honest auto driver in city, found a missing handbag containing 10 tolas of gold ornaments and handed it over to the couple who had lost it on their way to Tolichowki.

On February 7 at 3:30 pm, Mirza Sultan Baig (29) along with his wife, Sameera Begum (26), both residents of Hashamnagr in Tolichowki, was proceeding on a Honda Shine bike from Hashamnagar towards Tolichowki. On the way, when they reached near Rethibowli, they realized that they had lost their handbag. They approached Langer House Police Station with a request to trace out the missing bag containing the gold ornaments. The deputed police officers Vijay & V. Krishna checked the CCTV cameras for tracing it.

But 34-year-old auto driver Syed Abdul Wahab from Murad Nagar in Hyderabad came as their saviour. He found the handbag near Pillar No. 55 in PVNR Express Highway, Ring Road in Rethibowli, opened the bag, and found gold ornaments along with a receipt. Immediately he called the phone number found on the receipt which pertained to Sultan Baig and handed over the bag along with gold ornaments to its owners.
