Promoting quality education

The firm believes that a holistic approach is needed to address systemic gaps that prevent school children from marginalised backgrounds from pursuing experiential STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education. The company also supports 'Swayamkrushi', a Hyderabad-based NGO that shelters mentally challenged women. It has funded the setting up of a dedicated 'Centre for Elderly Eye Care' at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.

Community cattle hostel

Gland Pharma contributed to a TS government's Community Cattle Hostel at Irkode village in Siddipet district to empower rural women and youth through integrated dairy facilities for about 160 cows pooled in from individual cattle owners of the village.

The firm has also contributed to Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad for the upkeep of numerous wild birds and animals.

Developing tribal communities

The firm provides funding to Vanavasi Kalyan Parishad, an NGO that strives to preserve tribal communities' identity by retaining their cultural moorings and age-old customs and traditions and aiding in their inclusive economic, health, and educational development.

Providing neonatal warming blankets
