Hyderabad-based GMR Aero Technic’s maintenance programme earns Airbus approval
Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based GMR Aero Technic announced on Monday that its GMR School of Aviation and its Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Training Programme have been officially recognised by Airbus Maintenance Training Central MTO.
Compliance with Airbus standards
According to a press release, the recognition confirms that the School’s EASA Part 147 and DGCA CAR 147 approved Basic Maintenance Training Organisation and its associated training programme meet the standards set by Airbus.
The evaluation was conducted per Airbus’ internal quality and compliance requirements.
Focus on bridging skill gaps

It also positions the GMR School of Aviation as a Centre of Excellence in maintenance training and a trusted talent pipeline for the aviation sector, in line with global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards.
