Hyderabad: Boyfriend pushes salesgirl in front of water tanker at Bachupally; dies

Identified as Pramila (21) from Kamareddy district, she was working as a salesgirl at Prestige Showroom in Bachupally.
The incident took a devastating turn when Pramila's boyfriend, Tirupati (27) from Kondapur, declined her marriage proposal. The couple had been in a relationship for six months. Their bond took an unfortunate turn when Pramila insisted on marriage, while Tirupati was not ready for such a commitment.
Attempting to discuss their future together, Pramila and Tirupati met at Bachupally VNR center near Sri Chaitanya College. However, there was a heated argument between the two. During the confrontation, a water tanker from Pragatinagar approached the scene.
In a shocking turn of events, Tirupati allegedly pushed Pramila in front of the water tanker. The impact proved fatal, and she lost her life on the spot.
Upon receiving the news, the Bachupally police rushed to the location and moved Pramila's body to Gandhi Hospital for a postmortem. Meanwhile, Tirupati managed to escape from the scene and is currently at large.
Banchupally Inspector N. Sumar Kumar stated that they have registered a case and are actively investigating the matter to apprehend the perpetrator.
