Hyderabad: Political leaders and other civil society activists staged a protest at Dharna Chowk against the rising unemployment in the state

Leaders from Congress, BSP, TJS, CPI, CPI(M), and AAP gathered for ā€˜Nirudoyga Gosa- Pratipaksha Bharosa.' During the protest, they demanded the termination of the TSPSC chairman, secretary, and members, and the creation of a new committee to conduct recruitment tests.

Former IAS officer Akunuri Murali lashed out at K. Chandrashekar Rao. "Your days are near CM KCR. Pragati Bhavan will soon become a public general hospital," he said

Murali accused the government of deceiving the unemployed by claiming to have created jobs and questioned why industries worth lakhs of crores were not providing jobs for the people. Murali also criticized KCR for failing to conduct a review of the one-time job scheme that was promised to households.

According to Akunuri Murali, members of Chief Minister KCR's family have illegally invested abroad by grabbing farmers' lands and claimed that such actions may soon result in jail time for members of the KCR family.

Murali also praised the youth for their involvement in the movement, stating that "Youth power is great in the country. It's great to see everyone coming together for the unemployed."

Congress leader Mallu Ravi, TJS president Prof. M. Kodandaram, and BSP president R.S. Praveen Kumar demanded that the case be handed over to the CBI immediately. They claimed that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) could not do justice to the unemployed.

BSP President R.S. Praveen Kumar called for unity among political parties in the fight against unemployment while addressing a protest against paper leakage in exams in Telangana. He criticized the government for not taking action against the issue and stated that the unemployed have become victims of the Pragati Bhavan conspiracies.

Praveen Kumar alleged that members of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) were aware of the paper leak but did not speak out. He also claimed that 16 TSPSC employees had taken the Group 1 examination and secured good ranks. Moreover, he accused TSPSC Board members of changing the OMR sheet of a candidate named Praveen, who scored 103 marks in Group 1.

He questioned the lack of transparency in the investigation by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) and suggested that seizing the phones of some prominent politicians, including TSPSC officials and Ministers K.T. Rama Rao, T. Harish Rao, and some BRS leaders, could reveal the truth. Praveen Kumar also urged the youth to take action by cordoning off the camp offices of BRS MLAs.
