Hyderabad: Delivery boy killed in hit-and-run accident; woman driver flees

Hyderabad: A food delivery boy was killed when a car hit his bike at Dairy Farm Road in Alwal, Hyderabad.
The accident occurred when a woman driving a KIA car hit two bikes and a pushcart. She abandoned the car and fled the spot.
The delivery boy died on the spot. He was identified as Rastapuram Raju. He was the sole breadwinner of his family. He left behind his wife, five-year-old daughter, and two-year-old son.
Raju's family and friends suspect that the woman was drunk at the time of the incident and are demanding strict action against her.
Alwal police have identified the driver as Shivani Alladi, a resident of Kanajiguda, Hyderabad. She works for an MNC. They have confirmed that she holds a valid driving license.
According to the police, the woman lost control of the vehicle, hitting Raju's bike, which caused him to fall, and then hitting a pushcart and another bike before crashing into an electric pole on the roadside. The woman then fled the scene.
Raju's family and friends are devastated by the loss of the sole breadwinner. Raju's childhood friend, M Babu, said he was hardworking and always available to help anyone in the locality.
Police have launched an investigation and are working to track down the driver. The family and friends of the victim are hoping for justice and are urging the authorities to take strict action against the driver.
