Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has launched ‘MyCURE’, an upgraded and integrated digital platform aimed at improving grievance redressal and delivering faster, transparent civic services to residents across the city.
The new application replaces the earlier MyGHMC App and brings all municipal services under one unified system to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Unified digital platform for citizens
The MyCURE App consolidates all GHMC civic grievance services into a single digital interface, enabling residents to register complaints, track progress in real time, and receive quicker resolutions.
Officials said the platform has been redesigned with an improved user interface and enhanced monitoring mechanisms to ensure better service delivery across Greater Hyderabad.
Faster resolution with real-time tracking
With real-time complaint tracking and strengthened internal monitoring, the app aims to boost transparency and reduce response time. Authorities believe the new system will improve coordination among departments and make grievance handling more citizen-centric.
Improved Accountability and Governance
By integrating multiple civic services into one application, GHMC seeks to enhance accountability and ensure structured follow-up on complaints. The platform is expected to support responsive governance by enabling timely action and clear status updates for users.
Citizens urged to participate
Residents have been encouraged to download the MyCURE App on both Android and iOS, and actively participate in strengthening civic governance by registering grievances and service requests through the digital platform.
With the launch of MyCURE, GHMC aims to provide a seamless, efficient, and transparent service experience to citizens across Hyderabad, officials added.
