Hyderabad: Man allegedly dies due to teeth procedure, dental clinic booked

The victim was identified as Laxmi Narayana Vinjam. The family of the deceased has raised serious allegations of negligence against the dentist, claiming that an excessive dose of anesthesia led to his untimely death.
The incident unfolded when Vinjam, a businessman, visited the clinic for a smile-designing procedure. During the treatment, he was administered anesthesia, after which he lost consciousness. He was immediately rushed to Apollo Hospital, where, unfortunately, doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The victim's father, Vinjam Ramulu, has lodged a complaint with the Jubilee Hills police, holding the dentist responsible for his son's tragic demise. He alleged that the dentist's negligence in administering an excessive dose of anesthesia resulted in the loss of his son's life. Ramulu has urged the police to take action against the Doctors involved.
Police have registered a case under Section 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and are currently conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
