Hyderabad: Hyderabad is set to witness rains as the India Meteorological Department-Hyderabad (IMD-H) forecasts light isolated rains over the next three days. These showers come as a result of the North East Monsoon making its presence felt in the region after a prolonged dry spell throughout October.

According to the IMD-H, these isolated rains or thundershowers are expected to grace the city during the afternoon or evening hours.

The IMD’s prediction comes as a welcome surprise following a rather arid October in the area. However, it’s important to note that the rains in the city are expected to remain scattered, meaning that not all areas will receive precipitation. This makes it even more crucial for the residents to keep an eye on local weather updates to ensure they are prepared for any unexpected changes in the weather.

During this period, daytime temperatures are likely to hover around 30 degrees Celsius. Nighttime temperatures are expected to remain pleasant, around 22 degrees Celsius, making it a comfortable climate for residents to enjoy their evenings.

The impact of these isolated rains is not limited to Hyderabad alone. IMD-H predicts that isolated rains will be active across the state during the next three days.

In anticipation of the upcoming rains, the city’s residents are thankful for the much-needed rain forecast. As one resident, Sumanth Reddy, expressed, “The rains have been long overdue, and we are grateful for the forecast. We hope this will help alleviate some of the water scarcity issues we’ve been facing.”
