IMD predicts rise in daytime temperature across Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Hyderabad residents can expect a transition from cooler weather to warmer conditions as the first cold spell concludes.

Saturday witnessed an increase in minimum temperatures, ranging from 26 to 22 degrees Celsius. The India Meteorological Department in Hyderabad (IMD-Hyderabad) predicts a gradual rise in minimum temperatures, stabilising around 20 degrees Celsius as the week progresses.

This change in weather patterns is linked to the ongoing Northeast monsoon in Tamil Nadu, impacting the region’s weather.

However, in the coming days, daytime temperature in the city is expected to remain warm, with Sunday’s average daytime temperature exceeding 31 degrees Celsius and the nighttime temperature staying above 21 degrees Celsius.

Additionally, the weather forecast for the next 48 hours, starting from Monday night, anticipates mist/haze conditions in the morning, with maximum and minimum temperatures of around 32 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The five-day weather forecast for Telangana suggests dry weather conditions with temperatures slightly higher than in recent days.

On Sunday, Nizamabad recorded the state’s highest maximum temperature at 32.8 degrees Celsius, followed by Medak at 32.6 degrees Celsius, while the day’s lowest temperature was observed in Adilabad at 14.3 degrees Celsius.
