Imposter steals TSRTC bus, leaves passengers stranded in Siddipet

In a bewildering turn of events, an individual managed to steal a Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) bus from the Siddipet bus station on Sunday night and drove it until passengers realized he wasn't the original driver.
After stealing the bus, he parked it at the station and informed passengers it would leave for Hyderabad on Monday morning.He began the journey with several passengers on board. However, passengers grew suspicious about the lack of a conductor and questioned the driver during the trip.
The driver assured them a conductor would join at the next station but drove recklessly, raising doubts about his identity as an RTC driver. Eventually, the bus ran out of fuel, forcing the driver to stop by the roadside. Seizing the opportunity, he fled the scene.
Some passengers captured photos and videos of the imposter, which led TSRTC officials in Siddipet to file a complaint with the police. The police identified the suspect and took him into custody. An investigation is now in progress.
