Intermediate results fallout: 8 Telangana students end lives after failing to clear exam

Hyderabad: Eight students have ended their lives after they failed to clear Intermediate examinations.

The incidents have occurred across different districts of the state.

A student from Medipalli took the extreme step. It was followed by another student from Armuru in Nizamabad.

One student from Patancheruvu and another from Gadwal studying in Hyderabad also ended their lives after failing the exam.

A student from Secunderabad's Neredmet Inter Second Year also took his life due to the pressure of academic performance. Two students from Hyderabad also died by suicide.

The most recent incident took place in Kothakota, where a student ended his life after receiving low marks in an examination.
