"The two boys were driving from Raj Bhavan railway gate towards Khairatabad signal road. They tried to overtake another two-wheeler when Shoaib's bike handles collided with the other vehicle and he lost control of the bike. Shoaib hit a metal divider. He received several injuries on his chest and died on the spot. Aslan received minor injuries and is currently in the hospital," said Punjagutta inspector Niranjan Reddy.
The police have filed a case under Section 304A (causing death by negligence) as per a complaint received by Shoaib's father. A case has been filed against Aslan's father Mohsin Bin Ahmed who owns the vehicle.
