Madhapur’s Heart Cup allowing minors into pub; Bird Box caught operating illegally

Hyderabad: Two pubs in the Madhapur area—Heart Cup and Bird Box—were found violating rules. Heart Cup pub was allowing customers below 21 years illegally while the Bird Box pub was running without a valid license.
On Saturday, the Cyberabad police verified 16 pubs in the Madhapur limits and found the two pubs in violation of the rules.
Four people have been arrested. They are M. Pavan Kumar (51), owner of Heart Cup, and Adithya Thamang (36), the pub manager. The other two are P. Arjun (27), manager of Bird Box pub, and Vamshi Vardhan, the pub owner.
The Cyberabad police issued an advisory stating that information about any violations and other related information may be shared with the police on the WhatsApp number 9490617444.
