Major fire in pharma processing unit in Jeedimetla; 7 injured
Around 25 workers were working inside the pharmaceutical processing unit when the incident happened on Monday morning.

Hyderabad: A major fire happened at Sridhara Biotech Private Limited in Subhash Nagar in Jeedimetla on the morning of 22 August. The incident happened between 9:30 am to 10 am.
Around 25 workers were working inside the pharmaceutical processing unit when the incident happened on Monday morning. Out of the 25 workers, 7 were injured. "7 of them got small burns and boils and they have been shifted to Ramraj hospital in Jeedimetla for treatment," said Inspector, Jeedimetla Police Station.
Inspector further added that there were no casualties and the fire has been brought under control now.
However the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained by the police.
