Make Hyderabad drug-free city; clamp down on narcotics trade: CM Revanth Reddy
Chief minister Revanth Reddy urged the police to free young men and women from drug abuse and also curb cybercrime

He urged the police to free the young men and women from drug abuse. He also stressed the need to curb the growing cybercrime which is posing a big threat to society every day. The CM suggested that the police use the available advanced technology and study the methods followed in developed countries to check cybercrime.
CM Revanth appreciated the police for constantly working hard to maintain law and order in the state. The CM assured the police that the government is always ready to address their grievances.
CM was speaking during a get-together programme of the IPS officers held in Hyderabad today.
He emphasized the need to reconstruct the socially and economically destroyed Telangana.
Chief Minister appealed to the police to play a vital role in rebuilding the ruined Telangana state.
CM Revanth said that the government will not mount pressure on the police and will not treat them as subordinates in the current dispensation. The power given by people will be utilized as an opportunity to serve the citizens by involving everyone. The government is ready to receive suggestions and advice from the police in the development and reconstruction of the state.
The Chief Minister said that the state has suffered economically and socially in the past ten years and it is time to get rid of Telangana state from the desolated situation. The CM urged the police officers to play an active role in the governmentās endeavor to make Telangana the fastest-developing state in the country.
