Meanwhile, while praising KTR, AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi, who was present at the foundation-stone laying ceremony said, āA good work has been accomplished. For the inauguration of this IT Park-iTek Nucleus Tower, I would like to give credit, especially to KT Rama Rao. Despite administrative hurdles, this project has now become a reality in the Old City. The MP also referred to the various misconceptions people harbour about the Old City and said, āPeople do not realise the truth that in this part of the city, we have peace, harmony and prosperity. This project is an answer for those people who always think negatively about the Old City. This is not just the success of Malakpet but the entire Old City. I am sure it will be an iconic building like the Charminar. This project will be a boon for at least 8,000 to 10,000 youngsters from the Old City, for getting employment,ā he stated.
The MP further said, āThe chief minister has a vision for the development of transportation and infrastructure facilities and we hope that he will become the chief minister again.ā

In the last nine years, we have had more positive achievements than failures. He also requested KTR to give land for the GHMC office, registration office, KG to PG institute etc. under one roof in Malakpet.ā
