Meet Joginder Tanikella, Sita Pallachollaas, new CEOs of T-Works and WE-Hub
Joginder will continue in the position for three years

The government also appointed Sai Krishna as an advisor to the Minister for IT D Sridhar Babu for two years with effect from April 26, 2024.
Who is Joginder Tanikella?
Joginder Tanikella holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from the University of Madras in communications and electronics. His LinkedIn profile states that Joginder began his career as a systems developer at Syspro Automation and a business development manager at Heefa Kitchen Equipment Trading in the United Arab Emirates.
Joginder then went on to become the CEO of Vajra InfraTech and director of The First Meal before founding the healthtech startup Pulse Active Stations Network, which is a network of connected IOT-based smart kiosks that generate reports on 21 body parameters. Following Sujai Karampuri's dismissal from the position in mid-December of last year, Anand Rajagopalan took over as CEO of T-Works.
Joginder will take over as T-Works' CEO with effect from April 9. He will continue in the position for three years. In addition to a variable salary of Rs 6 lakh annually, his compensation would be Rs 1.50 lakh per month, contingent upon performance.
Who is Sita Pallachola?
Pallachola holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in computer science from Osmania University. She began her career as a programme lead at the Satyam School of Leadership in Mahindra Satyam in 2008. She later co-founded Worldview Education Services and, in 2015, Angel Hub, a platform for women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses, according to her LinkedIn profile.
According to the GO issued by special chief secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Pallacholla has been named WE-Hub CEO for a term of three years, starting on April 6, 2024, at a salary of Rs 2 lakh per month and a variable salary of Rs 6 lakh per year, subject to performance. On March 31, 2024, Pallacholla was appointed to the position that Deepthi Ravula had previously had.
