Miss World 2025: Preparations in full swing for finale at Hyderabad's Hitex; here is Jayesh Ranjan sharing details

Hyderabad: Hyderabad is all decked up for the Miss World 2025 finale to be held at Hitex Hall No. 4 on May 31.
Preparations are in full swing for the big event. Telangana government is leaving no stone unturned to make the event memorable.
A joint meeting of traffic police, Cyberabad police, tourism department officials was held to give final touches to the preparations. About 3,500 people will converge at the venue to witness the finale and crowing of Miss World .
Jayesh Ranjan, special chief secretary in the chief ministerās office and CEO, Industry and Investment cell, and SPEED, shared details about the preparations in a run-up to the event with NewsMeter. Excerpts
Preparations at Hi-tex
Finale to be held at Hall no 4 at Hitex
The seating capacity in the Hall is 3500 people.
Traffic advisories will be issued for the seamless travel of guests to the venue.
Cyberabad police to monitor the routes.
Control rooms to be set up at the venue, which will be a coordination of all departments.
Miss World Finale
The show will start at 6.30 pm and the crown will be placed on the finalist at 9.20 pm.
SONY TV to telecast the show live to 120 countries in the world
Family members of the contestants who are participating will arrive for the finale and witness the event.

News Meter: How many guests will be at the venue?
Jayesh Ranjan: 1000 guests from Telangana will be at the venue. They are those who have made online representations. We got a total of 7,500 registrations from people. In the run-up to many events of Miss World, these guests were called and they witnessed the LIVE event.
Chief minister Revanth Reddy, cabinet members, government dignitaries and the investors in Telangana will also watch the ceremony.
NM: Who is managing the finale?
JR: The finale is being managed by Hubble, which is a Mumbai based company. The event set up will be done by them and the contract is given by Miss World organizers.
NM: What about the practice session at Hitex?
JR: The practice sessions will start on May 27.
Dry rehearsals from May 28 and May 29 will be held at Hi-tex.
And full dress rehearsals in front of the camera on May 30 and May 31 morning.
NM: Who is the final jury?
JR: The final jury list will be given out by the Miss World organizers. They will release the list one by one.
NM: Will there be anyone from Tollywood and Bollywood?
JR: Yes, they are finalizing, and the Miss World team will give out the details.
NM: During the event, will Telangana be showcased?
JR: The event is going to be shown live on Sony TV. So according to our deal, the prime advertisement spots are for Telangana. There will be different advertisement slots for Telangana. They will be telecast for 50 to 60 minutes in India and abroad during the show.
