An Administrative Officer of New India Assurance Company died by suicide at her residence in Miyapur on Sunday.

Hyderabad: An Administrative Officer of New India Assurance Company died by suicide at her residence in Miyapur on Sunday.
Police said Krishna Niveditha, 36, took the extreme step due to family issues. However, all angles are being probed into, police said.
According to police, Krishna Niveditha, her husband Vamshi, their two children, and her parents-in-law were staying in the CBR Residency apartment at Madhavanagar Colony. While Nivediatha had been working for New India Assurance since 2012, Vamshi had been working with MNC.
Sunday being a holiday, all of them were at home. After lunch, Niveditha went into her room but did not return even after a long time. Around 2.45 PM, family members called her, but there was no response.
They later went inside and found her hanging. Police said that none of the family members had any clue about the incident. They told the police that they did not know why she took this step.
Police registered a case and started an investigation. Her body was handed over to the family after post-mortem on Monday.
