Kembara: A corporate haven

Located at Knowledge City, Kembara offers a new set lunch menu perfect for corporate professionals.

The chic space is ideal for work lunches, client meetings and team outings. The menu, designed by founder Shilpa Datla, features a variety of pan-Asian dishes.

The meal starts with a comforting vegetarian clear soup with silken tofu and veggies. Appetisers include Thai-style vegetarian spring rolls with honey chilli dip and deep-fried lemongrass chicken with a spicy sauce.

Salads are a highlight, with the spicy glass noodle salad and Asian chicken salad offering fresh, tangy flavours.

Main dishes feature Thai-style fried rice with Mapo tofu and Kung Pao chicken, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. For dessert, the water chestnut in coconut milk offers a sweet finish.

Dakshin: A South Indian culinary tour

At Hotel Daspalla, Dakshin presents a contemporary take on South Indian cuisine. The vibrant space, adorned with modern dƩcor, offers a diverse menu that spans the southern peninsula.

Start with Jaffna chicken skewers, Haleem nuggets, and King fish tawa fry. The green chilli potatoes and cilantro cashew nut ambode provide unique, flavourful bites. The Konkan pani puri with Solkadi instead of traditional spiced water is a standout dish.

The mutton ghee roast is a speciality, rich in spices with a hint of sweetness. For mains, the chicken kori gassi with Malabari parantha and chickpea paneer kurma offer comforting flavours. The Donne Mutton biryani, paired with Daspallaā€™s badam lassi, rounds out the meal with a perfect blend of flavours and textures.

Chit Chat Chai: A tea loverā€™s haven

Chit Chat Chai in Banjara Hills provides a cosy retreat for tea enthusiasts. The cafƩ features a tea bar with a variety of botanicals, teas, and herbs, allowing customers to customise their blends.

The menu includes quick bites, innovative tea-based cocktails, and sourwichesā€”sandwiches made with in-house baked sourdough. The Deccan seekh sourwich, featuring spiced seekh kebabs, pairs well with the Spiced pineapple basil picante.

The Earl grey gin & tonic, made with house-brewed tea, complements the Jerk chicken sourwich, loaded with mango habanero sauce, coleslaw, and tabasco. Traditional favourites like Bombay cutting chai and Vada pav add a touch of Mumbai charm.
