Rehab therapy platform WebPT opens new facility in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: WebPT, the renowned rehab therapy platform, marked a significant milestone on Monday as it unveiled its newest facility in Hyderabad. The Global Capabilities Center (GCC), situated at Raheja Mindspace, will be home to 600 skilled professionals who will be tasked with providing top-tier revenue cycle management services and exceptional customer support.

The inauguration of the centre was attended by Jayesh Ranjan, principal secretary (industries and commerce), and WebPT CEO Ashley Glover, among other dignitaries.

WebPT was founded in 2008 and has been instrumental in driving the rehab therapy industry’s shift towards web-based systems and data-driven care. Today, it is one of the fastest-growing outpatient rehab therapy software platforms in the world, with nearly 800 employees and more than 1,50,000 members.

“Our Global Capabilities Center brings previously outsourced resources in-house to strengthen our talent and streamline operations,” said Glover. “We look forward to welcoming new WebPTers who will help maximise member success, revenue, and practice performance.”

IT and industries and commerce minister Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao congratulated WebPT on the new centre and said, “We have seen Hyderabad grow as the apex GCC hub for life sciences and health tech companies due to the availability of world-class infrastructure, talent, ease of living and stable governance.”

WebPT has partnered with Summit Consulting Services to facilitate the Global Capabilities Center. “Summit brought the right team and the right partners which have set us up for success,” said WebPT COO Paul Shuga.
