Secunderabad inferno: 7 people being treated in various city hospitals
According to sources at Yashoda Hospital, the condition of two people admitted there is stable now. However, infection in the lungs persists, said Yashoda Hospital PRO.

According to sources at Yashoda Hospital, the condition of two people admitted there is stable now. However, infection in the lungs persists, said Yashoda Hospital PRO.
Three patients were brought to Apollo Hospital, of them one was brought dead with more than 75% burns and inhalation injuries. One of the two patients has an inhalational injury and is on oxygen. He has been shifted to the ICU. The other has no injuries and has been discharged from the emergency room.
Information regarding those admitted to Gandhi Hospital is yet to be obtained.
Eight people were killed in the fire incident. They have been identified as Alladi Harish from Vijayawada; Veerender Kumar Devakar, a businessman from Delhi; Seetha Raman, a businessman from Chennai; Balaji, an auditor from Chennai; Rajeev Maik and Sandeep Malik from Delhi; and Chandan Jethi and Mithali Mahapathra from Odisha.
Telangana fire safety director-general Sanjay Kumar said the deaths were due to the victims inhaling smoke and not because of the fire or injuries or jumping off the building.
A major fire broke out at Ruby Motors, an electric bike showroom in Secunderabad, at 9:30 p.m on 12 September. The fire broke out in the building housing an electric bike showroom on the ground floor and Ruby Hotel on the top floor. Within no time, the fire engulfed the building resulting in a thick smoke screen. Those staying at the hotel ran for cover, while a few attempted to jump.
