The total length and width of the flyover is 956 meters and 16.60 meters, respectively. The four-lane bi-directional bridge will make it easier for people to commute to several areas of the city without facing the relentless traffic. The bridge will help connect several areas to and from the Nehru Outer Ring Road.
The flyover will increase road connectivity between the Financial District and the Hi-tech city. This is expected to improve the development of the HKC and Meenakshi Tower area.
As part of Stage 2 of the project, another work is going on from ORR to Kondapur which has a length of 816 meters and a width of 24 meters. This is expected to reduce traffic at various busy junctions like Gachibowli. This work will be completed by July 2023.
