Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar has asked people to return home by 9 pm as traffic restrictions will be imposed in the city after evening.

Hyderabad: Cyberabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar has asked people to return home by 9 pm as traffic restrictions will be imposed in the city after evening.

Sajjanar and his team visited various traffic junctions to ensure the night curfew is imposed in the city in letter and spirit.

The team made a surprise visit to Gachibowli Signal, Miyapur, Madhapur, Hitech city, etc to supervise the arrangements.

"The night curfew is for our safety. I request the people to cooperate with us like last year in a bid to prevent the spread of the virus. The traffic restrictions would be imposed starting from 9 PM, everyone returning from work should ensure that they are home by 9 PM. Shops and establishments are required to close down by 8 pm. The only movement of essential services and transport of goods is allowed round the clock," Sajjanar said.

The list of services and establishments which are allowed/not allowed:

Restrictions:

Pubs, Clubs, Bars, Theatres, Hotels, unnecessarily citizens should not roam on roads.

Permitted activities:

Goods transportation, Hospitality, Tele Communications, Cold Storages, Godowns, Petrol pumps, Medical Shops.
