'Swaantra Bharatha Vajrotsavalu': Come Sunday, 75 musical concerts will captivate Hyderabadis

Around 75 artists playing flute, sitar, shehnai, veena, violin, mridangam, nadaswaram, mandolin, keyboard, clarinet, guitar, and chitraveena will participate in the event.

Hyderabad: Come Sunday, City will come alive with music. Thanks to Tatvaa Arts and the Telangana government which are organizing 75 live music concerts at different locations in the city on August 21. The concerts are part of Swaantra Bharatha Vajrotsavalu,

Around 75 artists playing flute, sitar, shehnai, veena, violin, mridangam, nadaswaram, mandolin, keyboard, clarinet, guitar, and chitraveena will participate in the event.

The concerts will be held at GHMC parks including Indira Park, Chacha Nehru Park, Jalagam Vengala Rao Park, Lotus Pond, Padmarao Nagar Park, Journalist Colony Park, and Malkam Cheruvu among others.

On Thursday, Arvind Kumar, Special Chief Secretary Urban Development tweeted, "75 live musical concert programs or Vandana or morning ragas at 75 GHMC parks in Hyderabad. One of its kind programme organized by Tatva Arts in collaboration with the Telangana state government. Do come and be a part."

Swatantra Bharatha Vajravotsavulu is a series of programmes organized by the state government to celebrate India's 75th Independence Day. Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao launched it at Hitex International Convention Centre.
