HMDA propose to construct five (5) Bridges with Four ( 4) Lane across the Musi River.
1. Bridge-I at Budvel IT Park (on Esa)
2. Bridge-II at Budvel IT Park ( on Esa)

Administrative sanction has been accorded for an amount of Rs.168.00 crore.
The bridges to be constructed include one at Budvel IT Park (on Esa; second at Budvel IT Park ( on Esa); third at Manchirevula ( on Musi); fourth at HMDA Layout Uppal Bhagayath ( on Musi); and fifth at Pratapsinaram ( on Musi)
Tenders have invited for the bridges in a single package on EPC mode for IBM value of Rs.139.00 crore and the works are to be taken up.
āTelangana government has initiated proposals for the construction of bridges on Musi River from Narsingi to Gowrelli to ease the traffic congestion in the core city of Hyderabad spreading about 55 km. Accordingly, a study has been conducted for the requirement of the additional bridges on Musi River taking into consideration the traffic projections and new developments,ā the government statement said.
