As no counter affidavit was filed in time, the chief justice expressed displeasure and threatened to summon the chief secretary, Telangana State along with all other officials responsible for erecting a notice board in the City Civil Court claiming the said land to be government land, without issuing prior notice.
The Chief Justice Bench made it clear that, if the counter affidavit is not filed by the next date of hearing i.e., on July 25, the chief secretary and other officials should present themselves in the court.
The matter was adjourned to July 25.
