Telangana police rejig: 28 IPS officers transferred; Rahul Hegde is new DCP, traffic, Hyderabad

Hyderabad: IPS Rahul Hegde BK is the new traffic DCP for Hyderabad city. In another rejig, Telangana government on Monday transferred 28 IPS officers.
