Hyderabad: Celebrities, politicians, and notable personalities demonstrated their commitment to democracy by coming out to vote in Hyderabad on Thursday.

Chiranjeevi, accompanied by his family reached Jubilee Hills Club to exercise the right to franchise. Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj exercised his franchise in S.R. Nagar. Jr NTR, accompanied by his family also cast their votes.

Hyderabad Commissionerate’s police officials took charge of overseeing 3,202 polling stations across 1,191 locations. Their vigilant efforts aimed to implement comprehensive security measures, ensuring a peaceful and orderly conduct of the elections.

Telugu actors NTR Junior and Allu Arjun made their way to Jubilee Hills to cast their votes. Both actors joined fellow voters in queues, reflecting a commitment to a democratic process that values equality.

NTR Jr, along with his mother and wife, cast their votes at Obulreddy School, while Allu Arjun exercised his franchise at BSNL Center.



Speaking after casting his vote, Allu Arjun said: “I request each and every one to come and cast your vote responsibly.”

Music director MM Keeravan also exercised his voting right at Jubilee Hills.

Telangana Director General of Police (DGP) Anjani Kumar visited the Amberpet Sports Complex with his family to cast their votes early in the morning. Interacting with the media, DGP Anjani Kumar assured the public of foolproof arrangements for the smooth conduct of the polls. He urged people to actively participate in the democratic process.

Minister K.T. Rama Rao, along with his wife Shaalima, cast their votes at the Nandi Nagar Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Community Hall. The couple's active participation exemplifies their commitment to the ongoing democratic process in the state.




Asaduddin Owaisi, the AIMIM chief, exercised his franchise at Shastripuram, arriving at the polling station around 9 am. After casting his vote, he engaged with the media, urging all citizens to come forward and vote to strengthen the democratic system. In his appeal, Owaisi emphasized the significance of voting for the preservation of the Ganga Jamuni tehzeeb (composite culture) and steering Telangana towards development.
