Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad team is to develop cricket infrastructure in the city 

Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have come forward to develop the cricket infrastructure in Telangana. On March 2, Hyderabad Cricket Association -SRH team will jointly review the arrangements at Uppal Stadium for IPL matches.

Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) President Arshanapalli Jaganmohan Rao has requested the Sunrisers Hyderabad team management to provide support for organizing the Telangana Premier League (TPL).

Jaganmohan Rao, Vice President Daljeet Singh, Joint Secretary Basavaraju, and Treasurer CJ Srinivas participated in a coordination meeting with the SRH team management at the Uppal Stadium on Wednesday.

Jaganmohan Rao appealed to SRH to mainly support the development of cricket infrastructure in Telangana. He also sought cooperation from SRH to set up a multi-level parking system in Uppal, keeping in mind the IPL rush. SRH representatives assured that they would provide full support from their side for the management of TPL and cricket development programs in the state.

The SRH team said that if estimations are made for the construction of multi-level parking at Uppal, they will provide their support to start the work next year. Jaganmohan Rao also advised the SRH team to ensure that the sale of IPL tickets is completely transparent and that food and cold drinks in the stadium are sold at normal rates.

On the 2nd of next month, the HCA Apex Council members and the SRH team will jointly inspect the entire stadium for IPL arrangements he added. CEO Shanmugam, Director Kiran, GM Srinath, and others from SRH participated in this meeting.
